Delete Your Ask Ezra Account

1. Open the Ask Ezra app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile, then open the “Manage account” section.
3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and its associated data. This action cannot be undone.

If you have uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email support@biblex.ai from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will verify your identity and delete your account.

When your account is deleted, we remove:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile information
• Your journal entries, bookmarks, and saved reading plans
• Your Ask Ezra chat and AI conversation history
• Your group memberships

After deletion we may retain anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you, and any records we are legally required to keep for compliance, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. All other personal data is deleted. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
